Livista Energy (Livista) and Tianqi Lithium Corporation (TLC) sign a Memorandum of Understanding

Chengdu, 9 July 2025 – Livista Energy, a leader in the European lithium chemicals industry, proudly announces that it has signed a cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with Tianqi Lithium Corporation, a leader in Lithium raw material production and one the largest lithium refiner in the world.

The Memorandum of Understanding outlines several key areas of cooperation, including:

• Lithium material supply chain integration

• R&D collaboration on local production including to produce lithium for the next generation of batteries and

• Options to participate in investment opportunities in Europe in the future.
