Luxembourg/Emden: Livista Energy Europe SA, together with the port operator Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG, has concluded a contract to lease a total of 32 hectares on the Wybelsumer Polder to build its first low-carbon lithium refinery in Germany at the Emden site in Lower Saxony.
